2 and Jehoash doth that which is right in the eyes of JEHOVAH all his days in which Jehoiada the priest directed him,

2 In the seventh year of Jehu, Joash became king, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Zibiah, from Beer-sheba.

2 Throughout his life he did what pleased the LORD, because Jehoiada the priest instructed him.

2 For as long as he lived, Joash did what the LORD considered right. He did what Jehoiada the priest taught him.
