Leviticus 1

8 And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall arrange the parts with the head and the fat on the wood that [is] on the fire on the altar.

8 They shall put on the fire the pieces of the animal, including the head and the fat.

8 [8-9] Wash the bull’s insides and hind legs, so the priests can lay them on the altar with the head, the fat, and the rest of the animal. A priest will then send all of it up in smoke with a smell that pleases me.
