Nahum 1

12 Thus says the Lord: though fully intact and so numerous, they [9] shall be mown down and disappear. Though I have humbled you, I will humble you no more.

12 This is what the LORD says to his people Israel: "Even though the Assyrians are strong and numerous, they will be destroyed and disappear. My people, I made you suffer, but I will not do it again.

12 This is what the LORD said: “The people of Assyria are at full strength. They have many soldiers, but they will all be cut down. They will all be finished. My people, I made you suffer, but I will make you suffer no more.
