5 And now I entreat thee, Lady, not as a commandment writing to thee new, but which we had from beginning, that we should love each other.

2 John 1

5 But now, Lady, I ask you, not as though I were writing a new commandment but the one we have had from the beginning: let us love one another. [AC]
