6 Many things You have done, ADONAI my God — Your plans for us are wonderful — there is none to be compared to You! If I were to speak and tell of them, they would be too many to count!

6 Sacrifices and offerings are not what please you; gifts and payment for sin are not what you demand. But you made me willing to listen and obey.

6 Lord, you made me understand this:[109] You don’t really want sacrifices and grain offerings. You don’t want burnt offerings and sin offerings.

6 You do not want sacrifices and offerings; you do not ask for animals burned whole on the altar or for sacrifices to take away sins. Instead, you have given me ears to hear you,
