4 and shall lay a hand [4] on the head [AE] of the burnt offering, so that it may be acceptable [AF] to make atonement [AG] for the one who offers it.

5 The bull shall then be slaughtered [5] before the Lord, and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall offer its blood by splashing it on all the sides of the altar which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting. [AH]

6 Then the burnt offering shall be flayed and cut into pieces.
