Psalm 33:11-13

11 The counsel of יהוה stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.

12 Blessed is the nation whose Elohim is יהוה, The people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance.

13 יהוה has looked from the heavens; He has seen all the sons of men.
