41 He first found his own brother, Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah!” (which is, being interpreted, Anointed One [6]).

42 He brought him to Yeshua. Yeshua looked at him, and said, “You are Simon the son of Jonah. You shall be called Kefa” (which is by interpretation, Peter). [7]

43 On the next day, he was determined to go out into Galilee, and he found Philip. Yeshua said to him, “Follow me.”
