22 ויצו charged פרעה And Pharaoh לכל all עמו his people, לאמר saying, כל Every הבן son הילוד that is born היארה into the river, תשׁליכהו ye shall cast וכל and every הבת daughter תחיון׃ ye shall save alive.

22 Finally the king issued a command to all his people: "Take every newborn Hebrew boy and throw him into the Nile, but let all the girls live."
